Items needed: 1. Pressure Cooker 2. Fresh Tuna 3. Glass Jars with Lids Sterilize the jars in the dishwasher (no soap) Cut the tuna into small pieces and fill the jars Seal the jars finger tight Stack the jars in the pressure cooker Fill the cooker half way with water Turn one burner to HI the other to LOW And place the cooker on the HI burner When the top spout hisses and rocks move the cooker to the LOW burner Set a timer for 90 minutes When the timer has run out Turn off the stovetop Let the cooker completely cool Before removing the jars Tighten the Jars fully Tuna will store for 3 years At room temperature or....
